BRSC Recreational Leagues are all about having fun and learning the fundamentals of play. Whether you're new to the sport or have seasons of experience, the following practice sessions will help ensure your players have fun while learning the game. These 7v7 practice sessions were selected by the BRSC Recreational Director of Coaching to provide you with defending and attacking drills to help you build practices based on the needs of your team.
