Here at the Baton Rouge Soccer Club, we strive to provide the highest quality of care for our athletes. When it comes to medical care, we want to be aware of all injuries our athletes may be experiencing and be able to easily communicate for evaluations, treatments, and referrals. This is all possible with the use of Healthy Roster!
Healthy Roster is the electronic medical record system used by the Baton Rouge Soccer Club. This allows parents, athletes, and coaches to connect with their Certified Athletic Trainer from the Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic. Some features include creating injuries, uploading documents, direct messaging with the athletic trainer or a group chat with the entire care team, and even a video chatting option! Healthy Roster is also where you can upload your physical for the 2024-2025 seasons! You can find more information about that here.
All players and coaches should have an account created prior to the beginning of the season. If players are under the age of 18, their parent/guardian will have to create an account for them. If you have not received your invitation from Healthy Roster, please contact Riley Proffer.
Please include the patient’s first and last name, date of birth, and gender in your initial email so the account can be created, and an invitation sent out. Patients, parents, or representatives can see a walkthrough of the Healthy Roster app and website here.
