Volunteer Discount for Rec Coaches
Every season, hundreds of BRSC Recreational players take the field excited to learn, compete, and have fun. Behind every team is a volunteer coach who makes that experience possible.
Whether it’s teaching the fundamentals of the game, celebrating a player’s first goal, or helping a child build confidence and friendships, volunteer coaches have a lasting impact that extends far beyond the soccer field. They help create an environment where players can grow, learn valuable life lessons, and develop a lifelong love for the game.
The best part? You don’t need any previous soccer playing or coaching experience to make a difference. BRSC provides volunteer coaches with the equipment, training resources, and support needed to enjoy a successful season. If you enjoy working with kids and want to give back to the community, coaching is a rewarding way to get involved.
To show our appreciation, BRSC is introducing a new volunteer coach benefit beginning this Fall. Volunteer coaches who complete the required GotSport compliance requirements, including their Background Check, SafeSport training, and Heads Up certification, will receive a 50% discount on one Recreational Soccer registration. Once your requirements have been completed and verified, the discount will automatically be applied to your account.
We also want to recognize those volunteers who coach without having a child in our Recreational Program. Eligible coaches who complete their GotSport requirements will receive a Third Coast Soccer gift card equal in value to the 50% registration discount.
Our Recreational Program wouldn’t exist without the generosity of our volunteer coaches. Thank you to everyone who gives their time, energy, and encouragement to help our players succeed. Your commitment creates memorable experiences for countless children and families each season.
If you’ve ever considered coaching, there’s never been a better time to step onto the sidelines. We’d love to have you join the BRSC family. Contact Caleb Bush at cbush@brsoccer.org with any questions and to get started.
