Free Physical Day Presented by BROC Foundation
We are proud to share information for BROC Game Day Prep (GDP), our annual mass pre‑participation physical event. This service is offered in partnership with both of our healthcare partners: Our Lady of the Lake Health and Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic (BROC).
As we prepare for the upcoming season, this is a reminder that annual physicals are required for all players participating in BRSC Competitive and Elite programming. You may upload your completed physical at any time through Healthy Roster in the Documents section.

Who
Any high school or middle school athlete in the Baton Rouge or surrounding area. Child must be going into the 6th grade or higher.

Required Form
Please bring a completed LHSAA Physical Form (attached to this message), including a parent or guardian signature.
Page 1, including demographics, family medical history, athlete orthopaedic history, athlete medical history, and the parents’ waiver form sections, must be completed prior to arrival. The most common error on the form is not answering the 4 Yes/No questions in the Parents’ Waiver Form section.
Medical Staff
All physicals will be performed by licensed medical doctors and credentialed support staff from BROC.

Submitting Your Physical
Once completed, please upload your physical through Healthy Roster under the Documents tab for your player. Page 1 and Page 2 have separate uploads, labeled respectively on the app.
