Sean Leblanc

Coach Sean brings a wealth of experience from the high school, academy,  MLS Academy Division, ECNL, Olympic Development Program (ODP), and semi-professional levels.

Before joining Denham Springs, he coached at Brother Martin High School and St. Charles Catholic High School, where he helped develop competitive programs and student-athletes. He also served as Academy Director in Slidell Youth Soccer Club, overseeing player development and coaching education while building a strong pathway for youth players.

In addition to his high school experience, he is serving as an ECNL RL Head Coach and has worked with the Olympic Development Program (ODP), identifying and developing elite talent. He is also the Head Coach of the BRSC Capitals men’s semi-professional team, continuing to mentor players competing at the next level.

He holds a U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF) C License and an NSCAA Premier Diploma, reflecting his commitment to coaching education and player development. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, tactical intelligence, discipline, and creating a positive environment where players can grow both on and off the field.

Coach Sean is also the Director of the BRSC Adult League
