Traction has joined forces with Baton Rouge Soccer Club to provide soccer programs designed to improve offensive production, speed, and defensive work capacity while decreasing the risk for injury by incorporating soccer-specific strength training in Traction’s state-of-the-art weight room, and skill progression provided by BRSC coaches and staff. Our integrated approach of specific skill instruction combined with a customized training program is the answer for short and long-term soccer development.
