BRSC College ID Camp
On Saturday, May 30, 2026, Baton Rouge Soccer Club will host its College ID Camp at the Burbank Soccer Complex—bringing together some of the most talented players from across Louisiana and the surrounding region.
This one-day event is designed to create a high-level environment where players can showcase their abilities and college coaches can evaluate top prospects in a focused, efficient setting. The camp will feature standout athletes from MLS NEXT boys programs, top Girls Academy (GA) teams, and elite high school players, all competing and training in one place.
A Complete Player Evaluation
The structure of the day is built to give coaches a full picture of each player, while also helping athletes understand what it takes to compete at the next level.
Session 1: Technical & Tactical (10:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
Players will take part in small-sided games and focused drills, allowing coaches to evaluate individual skill, decision-making, and tactical awareness in tight spaces.
Coaches’ Session & Player Education (11:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
While coaches attend an informational session, players will participate in a recruiting-focused presentation covering the college process, how to effectively self-promote, and what college programs look for in prospective student-athletes.
Lunch Break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Session 2: 11v11 Matches (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM)
The day concludes with full-field matches, giving players the opportunity to perform in realistic game situations and showcase their understanding of the game at a higher level.
