MLS Next 2 Tryouts
Registration is Now Open for All MLS NEXT 2 birth years (2007 – 2013) for the 2025/26 Season!
The Louisiana Elite Soccer Program (LA-ESP) boys(U13 – U19) will compete in the South Conference of MLS Next’s new competition level, facing off against some of the top clubs across the South (Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee).
IMPORTANT: ALL players must register for tryouts. Players who are unable to attend the tryouts will not be entitled to a team training session. It is highly recommended to attend all tryouts for your age group.
U13 TRYOUTS
Sunday, March 30th

BRSC Competitive – Player Placement Process (Tryouts)
Our Player Placement Process (PPP)—commonly known as tryouts—provides boys and girls born between 2007 and 2016 the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of BRSC Staff Coaches. This evaluation process determines placement on BRSC Competitive Teams for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons.

🚨 Important Reminder: If your child plans to participate in our competitive or pre-competitive programs next season, registering for tryouts is essential—even if they cannot attend. Last season, our boys’ competitive program filled up quickly, and we were unable to accommodate players after tryouts.
How to Register:
✔️ Log into your PlayMetrics account (or create one if you don’t have one).
✔️ Add your child(ren) and complete the registration process.
✔️ We also recommend downloading the PlayMetrics app from your mobile store for easy access to updates.
TRYOUT DATES
Check-in will be at the pavilion between fields 23, 26, and 27. There will be a brief parent meeting immediately after players are released to their assigned fields. We ask that parents make every effort to attend this meeting.

BRSC Women’s College ID Camp

Baton Rouge Soccer Club is excited to host the Women’s Soccer ID Camp on Saturday, June 7, 2025, providing players with a prime opportunity to showcase their skills in front of collegiate coaches. This camp is designed for players ages 14-18, as well as college transfer students, who are looking to take the next step in their soccer careers.
Louisiana is home to exceptional soccer talent, and we’re committed to helping athletes gain exposure and connect with college programs. If your goal is to play at the collegiate level, this camp offers high-level training, direct feedback from college coaches, and valuable recruiting insights.
