Adam Allerton
Academy Director
Adam will serve as the Director of the BRSC Academy program for players U7-U9. He previously has served as an Academy Director with the Eastern Football Club in Bedford, NY, from 2007-2008.Allerton most recently has served as an Assistant Coach for the University of Bridgeport Women’s Soccer team in Bridgeport, CT, where he helped the team reach the NCAA Division II Tournament Second Round in 2013. He has also recently been a Region I Staff Coach with US Youth Soccer and served as the head coach of the Connecticut Football Club United ECNL Under-18 team. He has also served as a Staff Coach with the Connecticut Olympic Development Program. He holds several coaching licenses related to strength and conditioning as well as the NSCAA Advanced National, NSCAA Goalkeeper II License, and the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.

Brenna Perez
Academy Coach
Brenna Perez is a native of Baton Rouge where she grew up playing for BRSA/BRSC.  She enjoyed a successful prep career at University Laboratory School where she began her coaching career on the Goalkeeper coaching staff for the 1998 state championship team. She has coached C2  teams and Academy for BRSC.  She is the Varsity Women’s Coach at Episcopal High School.   She currently holds a United States Soccer Federation “E” License (completion of the D License - June 2017), National Federation of High Schools Fundamentals of Coaching certification and a NSCAA Level 1 Diploma.  She is married and has two children that play for BRSC in the Academy and Competitive programs.  As a coach, she strives to provide a healthy competitive environment for her players that promotes skill development, provides a clear understanding of the principles of play, and encourages teamwork.

Steven Bastura 
Academy Coach 
Steven is from Brookfield, Connecticut, but moved to Baton Rouge a little over two years ago to assist with the Academy program. In addition to coaching in the Academy, he is also the junior varsity coach at Episcopal.  Steven is a current holder of the USSF “E” license, and is currently pursuing the USSF “D” license. Aside from coaching, Steven is the Facilities Director of Baton Rouge Soccer Club. 

Roman Nardozi
Academy Coach
Roman began with the Academy Program in the spring of 2016. He is a current holder of the "E” and is in the process of obtaining his “D” certification. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he moved here in the fall of 2014 to teach Social Studies at McKinley Middle Academic Magnet where he is currently employed teaching the eighth grade.  Bringing with him was three years of head coaching experience (2011-2013) for the middle school in which he attended, Keystone Oaks in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He has since been the head coach for both the boys and girls middle school teams at M.M.A.M. since the fall of 2014.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Social Studies Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
